Friends and Family!

Tank
               Tank

OK, so you noticed Tank is not a vizsla.  He’s not even a dog!  But he goes along to all our field trials, and he’s an integral part of the family.  He’s an 8 year old Tennessee Walker (paso fino cross?) and my first horse ever, although I’ve ridden and been around horses my whole life.  It sure makes field trialing a lot easier and more fun when you have your own horse.

Mooney
Mooney

Mooney is Duc’s mom!  She lived with me for several months while I was showing her for the Keetons.  What a sweetie pie.

Zack
Zack

My good buddy Zack-a-rack is quite the famous boy.  I showed him for the Keetons as well, and put 10 of his 15 points on him.  He is a National Amateur Field Champion, DC, AFC and MH!! Those are the Keetons (Denny and Linda), my very good friends (ok, family) in the picture too.

Boo Boo

Brutus

Brutus (but those that love him call him Boo Boo) is a dog that came to live with me for a few months while Duc was away for field training.  I didn’t have Rumble yet, so I was vizsla-less!  Boo Boo bonded to me (dare I say more than his owner, Barry Bassingthwaite) quickly and loved to sneak in the shower with me!

Lise

    Boo Boo

Lise (pronounced Liza) is a dog that Ohio Rescue transferred to Illinois since they didn’t have any available foster homes.  She lived with us for 3 or 4 months while rehabbing from a life in a hunting kennel.  She wasn’t even housetrained at 3 years old and afraid of the dark!  By the second picture, you can see that she has a wonderful forever family now with Mike & Vicki Jones out near Rockford.
